The perfect earbuds for your dad (or even you) are just $40 for a limited time

Amazing Deal The JBL Vibe Beam wireless earbuds with their charging case, on a white background.
JBL

Recently, the staff has been collecting quality Father’s Day gift deals — deals for fatherly gifts that you might not otherwise splurge on. One deal, in particular, is for the JBL Vibe Beam at $50, which is $10 less than its already attractive $60 price. They’re pretty “dadly” earbuds (more on that in a moment) and have a super attractive price point for anybody. Tap the button below to go check them out directly yourself or keep reading for our take on what has to be one of the best-priced headphone deals out there at the moment.

Why you should buy the (very dadly) JBL Vibe Beam earbuds

Hold with me. I’m about to argue that the JBL Vibe Beam are some of the dadliest (no, not deadliest, but good for Dad) earbuds out there right now. But keep an open mind, because they just might be perfect for you, too.

The JBL Vibe Beam aim for a deep bass sound, and while that may conjure pictures of young people dancing to the beat, it’s also worth noting that it’s the higher tones that are the first to go as we age. They’re IP54 rated (the buds, at least, the case is IPX2) which means they have enough dust resistance to handle being out in the garage and at least enough water resistance to handle a light rain or the demands of a jog or yard work. Plus, they have a killer battery life, with 8 hours of in-bud battery life and 24 hours of in-case battery life, so if Dad forgets to charge them here and there, it won’t render them useless. Finally, it turns out JBL is about 80 years old, which means the brand recognition is already there.

These are all arguments for buying the JBL Vibe Beam for your father while they’re marked down to $40 instead of $50, but if you want some headphones that you can affordably roughhouse in, they might be right up your alley too. Check them out via the button below or check out our list of the best headphones for more gift ideas.

The 98-inch TCL QM7K just launched, is great for sports, and is over $1,000 off
The TCL QM7K Series displaying a fruit arrangement.

There's news, and then there's great news. The news is that TCL recently released the QM7K TV. The great news is that its 98-inch version — if you follow You Asked you might heard about it a few days ago — is already hugely discounted. Just how hugely? Like a lot of things, it sort of depends on who you ask. If you go with TCL's suggested price of $5,000, it's $2,200 off, while if you go with Best Buy's standard price of $4,000, it's $1,200 off. Either way, this massive TV (with a massive discount) is marked down to $2,800 at the moment.

Go check out this hot TV deal via one of the buttons below, but also be sure to keep reading to get an overview of what we've seen and experienced with this 2025 release.

This deal gets you $45 earbuds that “redefine” the genre
Soundcore Space A40 held in a hand.

Just three weeks ago we reviewed the Soundcore Liberty 5, which we called "excellent daily driver earbuds." The meaning was pretty clear — the buds sell for $130, which is considerably lower than their Apple competition and sits them right in the middle of the best earbuds. They're quality buds and have Soundcore's best ANC to date. That's great stuff, but this hot deal puts an all-time low price on a difference set of Soundcore's earbuds -- a more budget-minded set.

The Soundcore Space A40 retail for somewhere between about $65 and $80 depending on where you look, but now you can get them for just $45. Amazon Prime members can get the blue color and any Walmart shopper can get the black color with free shipping while this deal lasts. Is it enough to completely eclipse the Liberty 5 release? For a certain type of shopper, yes. If you're that type of shopper, please tap the appropriate button below.

The WH-1000XM6 are here, so a lesser discussed pair of Sony headphones are $50 off
Sony ULT Wear.

The first thing you need to know is that the Sony WH-1000XM6 are now out. If that's news to you, go read our WH-1000XM6 review right now. They're a contender to usurp their predecessor, the WH-1000XM5, at the top of the nearly everyone's list of the best headphones after we've had more time to sit with them and evaluate them. It should come as no surprise that the XM5 are on sale at the moment. However, it's also worth noting that their release has also prompted the less-discussed Sony ULT Wear headphones to go on sale.

The Sony ULT Wear are great headphones in their own right, making it on our list of the best noise-cancelling headphones for their ANC and excellent bass. You can get your Sony ULT Wear now for just $148 at Amazon, down $52 from their usual $200. Alternatively, you can grab them for $150 at Sony or Walmart, if you prefer those vendors. In any event, tap the appropriate button to pick up these headphones now — the sale will probably go away when the XM6 release fanfare dies down — and keep reading to see why we like them so much.
