Netflix is one of the most popular streaming services in the world thanks to over 300 million subscribers. And just what do those people tend to watch? In particular, what is the most popular movie on Netflix? Each week, the streaming service releases a list of its 10 most-watched movies over a recent seven-day period to keep subscribers informed about its most popular titles.

One of the sweetest movies of 2024, The Wild Robot, has risen to the top of Netflix. Universal’s animated slate tends to do well on Netflix, so expect The Wild Robot to remain in the top 10 for the foreseeable future. A Widow’s Game, a Spanish crime thriller, debuts at No. 2 while Instant Family moves to No. 3. Below, we’ve listed the top 10 movies in the U.S. from May 26 to June 1, along with general information about each film, such as genre, rating, cast, and synopsis.

The politician in question, Lawrence Beaumont (Forest Whitaker), orders Walker to find and protect his son. Walker is on Beaumont’s payroll, so he reluctantly obliges. Walker heads down a path of no return, as he navigates corruption, conspiracy, and a ruthless crime syndicate.
